Warehouse entry procedure supplier’s delivery guideline

• Suppliers must comply with Engui Undarga UB warehouse internal procedure
• picking up goods to EU warehouse (shall bring their own protective eyeglass, hard hat)
• At the entrance gate supplier shall obtain an entry permission from Security Guards or warehouse staff member
• Supplier must use pedestrian walkway and obey signages in the facility area
• Do not walk under, walk through vehicle only gates
• Vehicle entry shall be permitted by warehouse employee permission only
• Suppliers vehicles entered inside the warehouse shall park at the designated parking stop lot
• Suppliers shall turn off their vehicle engine, put parking brake on and put wheel choke
• When delivering goods to Engui Undarga LLC Warehouse supplier shall follow National Suppliers OT packing standard and goods delivery guideline
• Must obey traffic speed limit (5km/h)
• Supplier shall park their vehicles in the designated parking lot.
• Obey one-way traffic rule
• Trucks are prohibited for backing up in the Engui Undarga UB Warehouse facility areas, when it is deemed necessary shall use signal man
