Warehouse entry procedure for suppliers/guests
- Suppliers must comply with Engui Undarga warehouse internal procedure
- Suppliers and guests must wear hard-had, safety shoes, and safety glasses
- At the entrance gate supplier shall obtain entry permission from Security Guards or warehouse staff member
- A supplier must use the pedestrian walkway and obey signages signage in the warehouse facility
- Do not walk under, or walk through vehicle-only gates
- Vehicle entry shall be permitted by warehouse employee permission only
- Suppliers’ vehicles entered in the warehouse shall be parked designated parking area
- Suppliers shall turn off their vehicle engine, put the parking brake on, and place a wheel choke
- When delivering goods to the Warehouse supplier shall follow National Suppliers OT packing standards and goods delivery guideline
- Must obey the traffic speed limit (5km/h)
- Supplier shall park their vehicles in the designated parking lot.
- Obey the one-way traffic rule
- Trucks are prohibited from backing up in the UB Warehouse facility areas at all times, when it is deemed necessary shall use signalman
